This year’s edition of the Fish Congress will be attended by more than 300 delegates, for which 50 lectures have been prepared in plenary and thematic sessions. With reference to speeches, we would like to draw attention to the lecture of Dr.Eng. Bogusław Pawlikowski, who will elaborate on new directions and possibilities of small pelagic fish processing, especially of Baltic sprat. Interesting findings on the preferences of Polish consumers of pelagic fish will be presented by Dr. Marcin Rakowski. In the aquaculture session, Małgorzata Kieliszewska will present the InnoAquaTech project assumptions.
