Solidarity with Ukraine

In the face of the war and the enormous tragedy that has befallen the Ukrainian people, as employees of the National Marine Fisheries Research Institute we see no possibility of continuing cooperation with Russian state research institutions. We strongly condemn the attack of the Russian Federation on independent Ukraine.

The lack of cooperation is an expression of our solidarity with Ukraine, which is heroically fighting for freedom against the Russian aggressor.

The following is the joint standpoint of a wide range of scientists from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland.
