GRAND PRIX Mercurius Gedanensis 2022 for the National Marine Fisheries Research Institute and Koszalin University of Technology

We are delighted to announce that at this year’s POLFISH International Fair of Fish and Food Products, the National Marine Fisheries Research Institute and the Koszalin University of Technology were awarded the GRAND PRIX Mercurius Gedanensis in the TECHNOLOGY category for a device to separate the kidney from the remains after filleting or slicing carp.
