Gold award for NMFRI at International Invention and Trade Expo in London

The International Invention and Trade Expo (ITE) took place in London from September 27-29 this year. NMFRI participated in this event by exhibiting a device to separate the kidney from the remains after filleting or slicing carp, already awarded at POLFISH International Fair of Fish and Food Products. The machine has been made in cooperation with Koszalin University of Technology under a project commissioned by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. In a competition held during the fair, the presented machine was awarded a gold medal.
