The National Marine Fisheries Research Institute (NMFRI) offers 3 multifunctional training and conference rooms offering guests many organizational possibilities.
Each room is equipped with an overhead projector, screen, Internet access, flipchart. There are catering facilities (for coffee breaks, lunch, etc.). The Institute has also parking spaces.
An unquestionable advantage is convenient access by public transport and location in the centre of Gdynia, close to the Main Railway Station.
In case of renting the training and conference rooms, please contact us in advance during the working hours of the Institute (7:30 am – 3:30 pm) in order to test the compatibility of your equipment with the one used by the NMFRI. Due to the large number of devices and systems available on the market, we are not able to guarantee the correct transmission for each of them.
For this reason, we offer the possibility to rent the conference equipment (laptop) for the duration of the rental.
Prof. Kazimierz Demel conference room
Room for 220 seats in a theatre setup. Large, spacious room, 228 m2, equipped with an overhead projector, screen, sound system, Internet access. The room has a cloakroom and space to organize the secretariat. In addition, there is a foyer available in front of the room to organize coffee breaks or exhibitions.

Prof. Siedlecki conference room
Room for up to 50 seats in a theatre setup, with an area of 68 m2. Equipped with an overhead projector, screen, Internet access, flipchart. Spacious, perfect for organizing trainings, courses. In front of the room there is a possibility to organize a coffee break.
